Sender ID Registration

Send SMS under your own brand name instead of a random number. A registered sender ID makes messages instantly recognisable and more trusted by your customers.

Documents to prepare

  • Certificate of incorporation or business registration
  • KRA PIN certificate
  • Signed authorisation letter on company letterhead, naming the sender ID
  • Trademark certificate, if the sender ID is a product or brand name

How long it takes
